Moon signs you in with a code sent by SMS to your phone number. If the code doesn’t arrive, check you have signal, wait a minute and tap resend code. Still nothing? Write to us with your number.

Moon introduces you to one person at a time, when there’s someone worth meeting. If you haven’t had an introduction yet, Moon is still looking, or hasn’t opened in your city yet. You can pause introductions any time from settings.

You can report or block anyone you’re introduced to, from your chat or your matches list. Reporting ends the match and stops them contacting you, and we review every report. If you feel unsafe, contact the police first, then write to us at hello@profoundly.love.

In the app, open settings and tap delete account. If you no longer have the app, email hello@profoundly.love with the subject “delete my account” and the phone number you signed up with. We’ll confirm it’s you, then delete it. Our privacy policy explains what happens to your data.
